The IBA congratulates Sandra Necessary, the Department of Commerce’s longtime trade representative in Santa Fe, who recently retired. She has been assisting New Mexican companies on behalf of Commerce since the 1980s.  We wish her well in her retirement.

The IBA would also like to congratulate Robert Queen, who will be replacing Ms. Necessary. For the past several years, Mr. Queen has been the Director of the El Paso, Texas-southern New Mexico U.S. Export Assistance center for the Department of Commerce’s U.S. Commercial Service. He will now be covering the El Paso region, as well as all of New Mexico. Mr. Queen has worked extensively with the IBA and is a valued partner.  He can be reached at robert.queen@trade.gov.

The staff at the IBA wishes everybody a very Happy Thanksgiving!
